Processing and Shipping Time:

  • After order placement, product preparation takes approximately 4-8 weeks, depending on the ring type and order specifications.
  • Once preparation is complete, shipping typically takes about two weeks to reach the destination.
  • We strive to complete preparation and shipping in the shortest possible time. However, these timeframes are approximate and may change, in which case the customer will be notified.

Shipping Method:

We utilize the best postal and international shipping companies to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your order. The appropriate shipping carrier for your order is automatically selected based on the delivery address to provide the best service.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the recipient’s address and added to your invoice. Average shipping cost is approximately $50.
  • Due to the valuable nature of the products (jewelry and precious stones), part of the shipping cost includes shipment insurance to protect your order.

Cost Calculation:

  • Exact shipping costs are calculated at the final payment stage after entering your complete address.

  • If the package is returned due to incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
