The ordering process is simple:
Select your product → Add to cart → Enter your details and ring size (if applicable) → Make the payment → Receive your order confirmation email.

If you are ordering a ring, please make sure to select your correct ring size. The size you submit will be used for crafting your ring, and we cannot take responsibility for issues caused by incorrect sizing.

You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours. After production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

All of our gemstones are 100% natural and selected from premium-quality sources.
Certificates are not typically issued for most stones, although certain high-value gemstones may already include a gemological report, which customers can verify before placing an order.
If you require an official scientific certificate, we can send the gemstone to a certified geology laboratory to issue a formal report. The cost for this service starts at approximately 100 USD and is covered by the customer.
Upon special request, we can also provide synthetic or lab-created stones, but our standard offering is always natural gemstones.

You can complete your order using any bank card, credit card, or your PayPal account with ease.

Because our products are made-to-order and crafted specifically to your size and specifications, the production process usually takes around 4 to 8 weeks.
Once the item is completed, it will be shipped to you immediately.
After shipping, delivery typically takes up to two weeks, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

There is no need to worry about your package.
If the estimated 4 to 8 weeks production period has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us so we can review the status of your shipment and update you accordingly.
In some cases, production may take longer due to high order volume, or shipping may require extra time since your package is being sent internationally.

After your item has been shipped, we will also provide you with the shipping information so you can easily track your package until it arrives.
